International Participant Policy
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2025 World Taekwondo Hanmadang Thursday July 17 through Saturday July 19, 2025 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA USA. In order to participate in the event, all international participants MUST meet the following criteria:
- Must hold a current U.S. Visa at the time of the competition. A copy of the U.S. Visa must be brought to Participant Badge Pick-up on Wednesday July 16, 2025 between 1:00 –9:00 PM at the Anaheim Convention Center Arena Lobby –800 W Katella Ave Anaheim, CA 92802. Once you receive the U.S. Visa, please email a copy to info@worldhanmadang.com
- Must be a member of a martial arts school that is registered to attend the 2025 World Taekwondo Hanmadang. A martial art school can register here: https://www.kihapp.com/tournaments/18445-2025-world-taekwondo-hanmadang-usa
- Must provide the name, address, phone number, Master/Grandmaster, and website or Facebook page of the martial arts school.
- Must have a signed letter to attend and participate in the 2025 World Taekwondo Hanmadang from your Grandmaster or Master.
- Must provide the name of the sponsor ADDRESS (an individual or family) OR hotel ADDRESS you will be staying at while in California for the 2025 World Taekwondo Hanmadang. If you will be staying at a hotel or rental property, you must provide a copy of confirmation of your hotel/rental reservation. Our hotel blocks will be released soon if you want to book at our hotels.
- Once you provide the above required documentation the Organizing Committee will send you an official invitation letter so you can apply for the appropriate visa. Please send all information and documentation to info@worldhanmadang.com
- If an international participant registers for the 2025 World Taekwondo Hanmadang but does not pick up the participant badge, we will be required to report the absence immediately to the local FBI office.
